Banana Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large bananas, mashed
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat microwave to High for 10 min. Coat muffin pans with non-stick spray, or use paper liners. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  2. Combine bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter in a large bowl. Fold in flour mixture, and mix until smooth. Scoop into muffin pans.
  3. Bake in preheated microwave. Bake muffins for 8-9 minutes, Muffins will spring back when lightly tapped.

Tangy Tomato Pasta

Ingredients:

Swrill Pastas-150 gms
Chopped onions-1
Chopped capsicum-1
Chopped Tomato-1
Chopped Carrot-1

Sweet corn-1/2 Cup
Pasta masala-2 tbsp
Milk-2tbs
Pepper-1 tbsp
Grated cheese
Olive oil -3 tbsp
chopped coria
nder
Salt to taste

STEPS:



->
Boil the pasta with water and little salt until cooked ( This might take around 8-10mins).
->In a separate frying pan add olive oil
->Add chopped onions,capsicum,tomato,carrot,sweet corn and fry for 2 mins until onions turn transparent.
->Add pasta masala,pepper powder and milk
-> cover and cook for some time
-> add grated cheese
-> finally add cooked pasta
->add some chopped coriander allow it to fry for sometime and remove from flame
